The mission of our non-profit organization is to assist people (aged 16+) in successfully navigating life transitions. We facilitate changes through many kinds of life transitions, such career changes, post high school planning, post college planning, empty nest to work, relationship changes, retirement preparation and more .  Our life coaching programs includes topic specific experiential workshops that provide ways to get clear about what you want to do in any life area.

Life's Headwaters workshops are interactive and lively and offer opportunities for reflection.  We do not give lectures or advice.  We believe that learning about yourself and what you want in your life is a very real, personalized, and fun process. 

In addition to working with the public we partner  with other nonprofit organizations.  We provide workshops on topics listed and also design customized programming to fit the needs of your organization's staff and clients.

Our topic based workshops are scheduled in advance and descriptions of each of them appear on this page.  Our calendar changes monthly, be sure to subscribe on the bottom of this page, if you'd like to be updated on our offerings.

All Life's Headwaters Programs are at NO fee to those 16 - 24.

We may require a nominal fee for those 25 and older. 

 If payment is a problem, do let us know, scholarships are available.
