Supporting a student, a service project, or a school...

Thank you for your interest in supporting this work! All of our programs are paid by for by donations. If you are interested in investing in young people that are prepared to challenge themselves to new levels of achievement and service, please consider helping sponsor our work with a donation.

Donations will be used to fund projects such as:

  • Individual Student Life Coaching

A carefully selected and professionally certified life coach provides 1-on-1 coaching support for a student in the schools where we have established such capabilities.

  • Peer coach training

Small groups of students participate in learning fundamental life-coaching skills and are then tasked with using these skills in support of other students. Students not only learn new ways to relate to others, the coaching attitude is leveraged throughout the school community, often achieving significant school culture change.

  • Community service project

Through student-designed community service projects, students not only help others in their community, they learn firsthand the personal value of being of service. Life coaches help reinforce these lessons by reflecting with the students during and after the service projects. Such projects often require funds for materials, transportation, and incentives for participants as well as the life coach fees.

  • Staff training

Exposing school staff to fundamental life-coaching skills can enhance educator relationships with students and each other. The result often include greater student self-direction and responsibility as well as reduced educator workload and stress.

  • Parent Workshops

Training parents with fundamental life-coaching skills can greatly enhance relationships within the family, easing the challenges as teens transition to greater self direction and more responsibility.
