Introducing Coach Sandi!
My coaching practice is called ¡Adelante Coaching! Adelante means “to move forward” in Spanish. I believe that part of my effectiveness as a coach is that I am good at helping others to ‘move forward’ by helping them listen to their own voices. Most of my teen coaching is done within a high school in Minneapolis. I also coach individual adults (more women than men) on various issues. I've co-led a tele-class for women and finance and am developing other tele-classes for professionals working with girls.

This coach requires:
You to ‘show up’ for each coaching session with an open mind and time set aside for just YOU.  You and I will work on this thing called change…. To get ‘un-stuck’ and get you moving forward.  Although it is YOU doing the work, it is my job to support and witness and challenge and inspire and even remind you of where it is you said you wanted to go.  Be curious about yourself and learn the skills to continue this moving forward on your own.

This coach volunteers because:

Having a coach and being coached is an amazing and beneficial experience. I believe coaching should be available to any and all who are willing regardless of income. I love that Life’s Headwaters can provide coaching at no or low cost to young adults and others who are interested! Because my “other” job is in the helping profession, I normally avoid volunteering in similar venues. However, I love coaching SO much, that it is a joy to do this, rather than a duty. ;-)

This coach is unique because:
I’m the only ME there is! I've been told by previous clients that I have a gift of helping you listen to yourself.

This coach offers these life tips:
Breathe......Breathe......Breathe......
