Coach Training:
CoachU, Coachville, EFT,
Reconnection & others
Coach Certifications:
I am a certified Senior Life Strategist Coach with the Dr. Phil approach,
having studied with his mentor, Dr. Frank Lawlis.
Coaches Background:
I spent about 25 years as a single parent in Corporate America, acting as a
sales & marketing manager & trainer. I opened my own business as a medical
massage therapist & ran it successfully for over eight years until an auto
accident injured my hands.
This coach requires:
Awareness that there is a problem
with which you want help & acknowledgment that it is up to you to make the
changes. The ability & willingness to take action. Showing up on time, ready to
do the work. Doing the work between the sessions as that is where the growth is.
Being courteous about our time together & letting me know if you cannot make it
as scheduled. Openness & honesty with what is really going on with you.
This coach volunteers because:
Coaching is my passion! As a corporate manager, I thought my style was so
different from my peers because I was usually the only female; however, it
was because I was coaching, not managing. Once I found coaching as a structured
profession, I knew I was home. I volunteer because I enjoy serving, it fills my
heart.
This coach is unique because:
I think it is my eclectic Life experiences...whatever comes up in our sessions,
I have probably experienced it myself or worked with someone who did. I have
worked with CEO's to working moms, doctors to recovering addicts. Personally,
besides being a single parent needing to work, I have had many challenges,
overcoming cancer three times in my life; I have been a student, a teacher, an
employee, a business owner & an independent contractor.
This coach offers these life tips:
I base my coaching on what I consider to be the Four Important Questions of
Life:
1. Who am I?
2. What do I really want?
3. What am I willing to do to get
it?
4. Are my beliefs really my beliefs?
