Coach's Background:

I have a B.F.A. from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in Film and Television Production...quickly afterwards got married and had three children, currently 18, 16 & 13 years old. My daughter and I lecture about my raising her and working with her bipolar disorder at home and in the school systems. Currently I am a fulltime high school teacher, next year I'll be part time so I can pursue my coaching practice! Usually, people that want a coach are ready for change in their lives and my coaching practice reflect that. My clients are motivated and ready to grow, learn and look at choices they have in their lives.

This coach requires:
What I ask of my clients to bring to the sessions is their complete authentic selves...with what ever might show up on that day with an agenda for moving forward...it could include vulnerability, humor, questions or complete bewilderment!

This coach volunteers because:

I've learned late (but not too late) in life how wonderful it feels to volunteer! To give my coaching services is to receive an enormous feeling of satisfaction.

This coach is unique because:
What makes me unique as a coach is my intuition and ability to meet my clients where they're at in their lives...I'm not a wall-flower.

This coach offers these life tips:
1- Don't believe everything you make up
2- Listen to your mother
3- Don't believe everything your mother tells you
