Coaches Background:

I've have a degree in Social Work and have spent many years working with youth and families. My experience has ranged from working with homeless teens in Hollywood, CA to teens in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. I've led both teen and parent support groups, conducted parent education, and led numerous trips and retreats for kids.

Introducing Coach Dennis!
I am an independent coach in St. Louis Park. I have an office in which I can see clients in person or I also do coaching by phone. I work Monday through Thursday, and am not available on Fridays at this time. I have always had a heart for teens and young adults and have spent the majority of my career trying to make a difference in their lives. I believe that there is great potential in people that is waiting to be released. I want to work with clients that want more out of life and want to make a difference in the lives of others too.

This coach requires:
I require clients to be self-motivated. They don't need to have everything figured out, but they need to take coaching seriously. I expect them to show up for each coaching session or notify me in advance that they need to reschedule. I ask for a 3 month commitment so we can have adequate time to establish values, create goals, and start taking action.

This coach volunteers because:
Coaching is awesome and I want more people to experience it regardless of their income or place in life. I believe that someone I coach through this organization has the potential to grow in amazing ways and will make a difference in our community and our world.

This coach is unique because:
I've got a tattoo of a mountain range on my left arm with the Latin inscription, "Omnia Possibilia Credenti" - All things are possible for those who believe. I believe this so much, that I made it a permanent reminder that what we believe affects what we can do.

This coach offers these life tips:

#1. Know your deepest values and live your life around them.

#2. Surround yourself with people who will call out the best in you.

#3. Invest your time in the lives of other people.
