Coach's Background:

My career began as an early childhood educator. I transitioned into business in 1994 and have worked in learning and development in a business setting as both an internal consultant and an external consultant. In 2006, I completed my coaches training. Currently I work with individual leaders to improve their ability to lead teams and businesses. I work with people who want to grow personally and professionally. I get to know my clients by asking them questions and observing their interactions with others. I challenge them to look at themselves in new ways with fresh eyes and I provide them with practices and a framework of support to achieve more of what they sense is missing in their life or work.

Introducing Coach Deanne!
Dear Future Client, I respect where you are in this moment but chances are I will see more of who you can be than what is showing up now. I look forward to learning about you and how you see your world. After that I look forward to providing support through daily practices and opportunities to check in on your progress. In the Spirit of Growth, Deanne Bryce

This coach requires:
My clients can only function at their level of practice. I would like them to be responsible for calling me and organizing themselves enough to hold regular conversations. If they do not do the practices or the homework that is agreed upon in coaching sessions, they must be willing to look at why they didn't do what we had agreed upon. There is learning in not doing as much as in doing if one is willing to notice and observe.

This coach volunteers because:

I believe in the coaching profession and what it has to offer people. My values and purpose align well with the mission of Life's Headwaters.

This coach is unique because:
I am at my best when I am coaching. I am honest about what I see. That doesn't mean what I see is the truth, it is just a perspective that my clients can react to. The learning is not so much in how they react but in observing themselves either react or respond.

This coach offers these life tips:
Figure out what irritates you and use it as a teacher. Figure out what how to "be" instead of what to "do." Notice this moment and the options you have at hand now.
