WORK WITH YOUR OWN LIFE COACH

One to One Coaching

Individual coaching calls are scheduled by you with your coach to meet your busy schedule. You determine your day and time each week. Your coaching call lasts about an hour and you can call your coach from wherever you are.

Our individual coaching programs are available to schedule with your coach at a time and day each week that works for both of you.

Why apply? As a charitable organization we ask that you apply to Life's Headwaters to help you gain insight and determine your own readiness to 1) identify your goals and 2) accept the change coaching brings.

Because our services are at no cost to you, we do receive many applications. We select the people we work with through this process on a first come, first served basis. Spaces are limited, but we have participants completing coaching cycles and space opens up quickly.

Life's Headwaters is a non profit organization

who provides life coaching services

to people aged 16 and older.

What Is Life Coaching?

Life coaching, quite simply helps you determine:

1) who and where you are

2) where you want to go and

3) assists you in choosing and

taking the steps to really get

there.

It's YOUR agenda and no one else's.

Professional coaches provide a partnership designed to help you produce fulfilling results in your personal and professional life. Just like "sport" coaches, life coaches help you improve your performance and enhance the quality of your game/life.

Coaches are trained to listen, observe and customize their approach to each person as an individual. They seek to educate you by working with you to find solutions and strategies; they believe you are naturally creative and resourceful and have your own answers... And you do!

Coaching is NOT therapy or counseling. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.

Life's Headwaters coaches are all graduates of accredited and esteemed coaching schools and have 250 or more hours spent actually coaching others professionally. As well we criminally background check all our volunteers in all 50 states and Canada. All coach volunteers agree to the code of ethics of the International Coach Federation, the professional association of coaches.
